No, no, it fits, the only thing that won't work is that the bottom of the backbox cover has Velcro on it that seals with the pf cover, but that's not a big deal. I have this exact same cover on my Taxi.

I thought you auctioned off that excellent Taxi?!?

Oh, ok, yeah, there were a lot of Taxi's being worked on at the same time there for a while - yours also looks great, I'd say better than "ok!!"
