I ordered this cleaning tool to give it a try. It works really well in the small and tunnel-like areas that most pins have on the playfield. It fit perfectly and did a nice job in the clear ramps on my White Water. The small pieces of cleaning cloth need to be adjusted to clean areas as it is used and gets dirty. The rubber band is primitive but effective nonetheless. I would recommend it as it helped a lot with the intended purpose.
In response to the above question .... the shaft is not flexible so it will not laterally bend to follow a curved orbit. But, it will reach as far as it is long. The head does pivot up and down to accommodate vertical curves to a large degree. Using this tool for hard to reach places is much better than removing pf pieces to otherwise gain access for cleaning.
