Anyone still waiting for their Alien that was ordered Jan. 15th or earlier...........or how many of you have gotten your Alien that ordered it after Jan. 15th ???

That seems weird , put my deposit down on Jan. 15th .... paid in full Sept. ...still no game !

Actually got my game today !!! Woo Hoo have a few minor issues , ball trough mostly fires 2 balls sometimes and quit launching once ... had to reboot Oh , also had to tap the leg bolt holes .....none of the leg bolts would start everything else seems ok so far

ordered mine Jan. 15th

not too many games on it yet , getting the house ready for League finals / Tournament next Sunday at my place

So I hosted the DFW league finals and tournament this Sunday and Alien held up beautifully and there was 44 people registered for the tournament and even between when the tournament was playing Alien there was always somebody playing that game for 12 hours straight and it never had one issue all day performed like a champ. I did do a few minor tweaks like realigning the upper flipper to shoot the hyper sleep ramp and it makes that shot every time now even with all the flippers set a default power. I also removed the plastic wraps off all of the flipper coils to help them to stay cool as well as they added three of these fans in the bottom of the cabinet that are directional to aim them at the flipper coils to help keep cool this was a simple quick solution in a pinch but seem to work well. So it seems there’s no need to overpower the flippers if everything is set up correctly and that will also help keep the flipper coils cool in the flippers never got weak all day long even with constant 12 hour use

when I first got it ,. it was kicking 2 balls out once in a while but have not seen that since the 2.4 update ... don't know if that had a fix for that ???

Those of you wanting to know when you will get your LV , Good Luck ..... Took me almost a full year to get my SV and like everyone else ,CT would never tell me how many games were in front of me . Next boat , next boat next boat for 11+ months. Point is , there has to be a list somewhere to show when each game was ordered , so why not tell anyone .... I can think of a few reasons

The main problem I had was CT would never tell me where I was on the list , would never tell me how many people were in front of me. This seems like info. that should be very easy to give a customer . Seems like I was not the only one not being given this info and that raises the question "Why" .... are there allocations ??

.... are they playing favorites ??

.... are they selling games at a premium $$ to jump the line ???

all could be reasons but I can't think of any reasons not to give that info if everything was on the up and up since a list must exist and easy to see who ordered on what date . Just my opinion , but that made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be . I'm glad I got my game , but it could have went smoother.
