So I have fixed a few issues on my new game. Waiting for one new lightboard (playfield 2). But now as soon as a ball goes into the hypersleep chamber, it and the left flipper stop working. During test they both operate. repeatable process. Any ideas what is wrong?

I have finally replaced enough parts that my game is "playable". I put about 10-12 games on it. But it suffers from trough issues still. I have replaced all the optos cause the first batch had at least one bad opto on the board. But now it will occasionally not register the last ball draining into the trough. Hitting the flippers or nudging usually gets it to register, but not always. I've had to reboot a couple times. But one time I heard the game over call out and the screen went back to PB and the green eggs shot. But the flippers were still working. No ball ejecting, and the start button didn't work, so another reboot.

I'm getting the Stuck Switch error on the tongue mark. The switch is active when the switch is open, and inactive when closed. Is this how it is supposed to work?

Quoted from JagDaniels:

Probably this will help :

JagDaniels Thanks, it had not occurred to me that a stuck switch would be a switch that worked fine. Appears to be working now.

swenny I was having that problem but making sure the cables are routed farther from the coils as shown in post 3592 made those issues stop. But I still have the ball not always registering when it drains, and sometimes not activating the ballsave when it drains via the lighted left outlane. In these cases I check the active switches and see only trough 1-5 active. But if I look at the trough leds I see none are lit including 6. (the jam light is lit tho). So I'm trying to figure out what causes this issue. Anybody have a clue?
