I'm truly honored to read all your amazing comments of my Alien unboxing video part 1. Love all the positive vibes here.
In the mean time, I filmed more, making part 2 looking closer at the audio issue.

Ok - update, I pushed firmly in one direction - (metal bracket) up wards, and tightened, and yeah, you can tell the tongue can't extend easily. So I tried the opposite direction, and it's too loose (hence the slip), and in the middle, just the same, slip.
Also where is motor power adjustment? Not seeing it in the settings.
More of the same on this video Also - PB Support is suggesting the switch replacement. I don' think that's it

Ohhh great idea, as playfield protector installation on the alien pinball is Not as easy as a lot of other pins
