I say this mod should easily win whatever pinball awards that are handed out for such things.

Quoted from Red_Devils:

So if you go with Option 1 Apron & Beacons, you will be disconnecting and removing the stock beacons on the LV, You will be adding our "full" size beacons and they will be integrated with the game play as shown on the multiple videos we have shown here on the prototype aprons. Our beacons are 6" tall and yellow, they also flash and rotate. You could 'wait" it out in the hope that PB will integrate the beacons more in to the game but as of right now they just rotate for about 5 seconds every 10 mins in attract mode and rotate again when the game is over. This was confirmed by EightBallTexas on his LV.

Here's the test play of the prototype in case you missed it
And of course the beacon comparison between the LV and ours..

Really appreciate all of the hard work and this looks fantastic. Can't wait to get mine.

I always pictured the strobe effect going on exactly at the time the lights go out. Have you tested that or is it possible?
Sorry to be a backseat apron designer , but that is my dream-effect ; so to speak for a strobe on the Alien head when the playfield lights go out.

Need a clarificatino on installation:

The picture cheat sheet shows the alien existing playfield board cable (that runs to the trough) to be connected to the "IN" via a blue line and then a notation saying "to trough" from the "OUT" side of AUX board 1.

The text seems to indicated the opposite.

Unplug 10-pin trough JST cable from Playfield Board 1 and plug it into the IN port on AUX Board 1.
Connect provided 10-pin JST cable between Playfield Board 1 and the OUT port on AUX Board 1.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP
