    Hey guys

Finally getting more serious about putting up more pinball related art in the game room.

Where do you go for framing posters or pinball related art? online resources or local shops?

Any guidance or visual suggestions appreciated-
    thanks all!

Craigslist for frames. Ebay for posters.

I usually just use poster frames. Or if it is a funky size, I get the metal frames you have to assemble at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. You choose the lengths you need and screw them together.

Upload any hi resolution file at Costco.com and create a framed canvas. Very affordable.

I usually order prints or posters online and then take them up to Hobby Lobby or Michaels to get dry mounted and framed. Most of the time the frames are half off with custom framing. Having the posters dry mounted makes them look better with no lines or wrinkles. I have Lost Boys, Goonies, Tron, Pin-ups, and Super Hero posters in my game room. I just got some really cool Alex Ross custom art poster renditions of Marvel 75 for Avengers and X-MEN framed and dry mounted from Hobby Lobby...

I would highly recommend the Stern LED frame. It looks fantastic in person.

I had decent luck using a craft chain store called Michael's. In the back of the store, was something called Aaron brothers framing. Many choices and price ranges to choose from, very helpful staff.
My project was movie posters, the end result was quite good. Explore that as an option if you have the ability.

    Quoted from YeOldPinPlayer:

If you're displaying translites midcoastsurf makes backlit frames that are pretty nice.

Absolutely! I have one from midcoastsurf for a Stern-sized translite, but I need one for an 8-3/8"H x 18-3/8"W backglass from a WHOdunnit slot machine and midcoastsurf won't make custom sizes. Stern doesn't offer custom sizes either. A custom picture frame from Michaels won't work for me. I need something thin with backlighting like the midcoastsurf frames. Anything similar out there?
