I've played PBA on iPad Air, Galaxy S4, PC, PS4, and 360, and probably put the most time in on the PC version. I agree with what many have said about its limitations, and I agree that the real value of it is in being able to learn rules for a bunch of games, and to have the chance to play really rare ones like Goin' Nuts, which may be worth the price of admission by itself.
I have a fairly high end PC and was pretty disappointed in the graphic fidelity of that version, hoping they would include support for systems that could render a lot of high-res detail at good framerates with all the DX11 goodies on.
I'm a bit more of a Visual Pinball/Future Pinball guy, truth be told...
