No, it's not. Those "quirks" are intentionally programmed in, they're not physics calculations done by the engine. There's a reason that half the time the balls behave like they have substantial weight to them (Pinbot eject bouncing off the side rail? Works EVERY TIME just like a real Pinbot...or not.. and how odd that it comes out the exact same way on NES Pinbot? ) and other times where it's like you're playing with a freaking ping-pong ball.
