NYNY for a sweet pinball experience.
That arcade at Fremont street (linked earlier in this thread) also ran by the same guy as the NYNY pins.
Skip PHOF; I used to love that place but it's pretty much a dump now.

Fremont St is the only way to go in vegas anymore. The only thing good about the strip are the pinballs in NYNY, otherwise the strip is a ripoff for the most part unless you're drinking, walking, socializing with friends, and not gambling or doing anything else. Have fun!
