    Divorce lawyer here. Been there. I've even been asked to serve as an expert to appraise pinball collections. Divorce sucks no matter what.

    The appraisals were for pinsiders, actually--not local. Hardly a tough spot. Never needed to testify, just to sign affidavits. And prenups are ALWAYS advisable, especially if your state has adopted the Uniform Premarital Agreement Act.
