Mine knows which side her bread is buttered and has her own things to do when we are not together.
Its unhealthy for both parties to be the focus of each others attention exclusively, breeds resentment.

When I drove to Jersey to pick up Medusa we cruised around the western part of the state hitting up farmers markets and came back with bushels of veggies and buffalo steaks.

Your second go around wiser and more experienced if you were paying attention what went sideways the first time.
