Do you mean for a bottle or by the glass?
At Spears, adjacent to the Westin in Wheeling, I had a double of something that was close to fifty bucks the other day.
My formula:
Start with a mushed Maraschino Cherry in a nice glass. Add a Giant ice cube or ice ball, 2 oz. of your favorite Bourbon, 1/2 oz. of Simple Syrup, (or two sugar cubes or 1/2 oz. of Vermouth) three dashes of aromatic Bitters and two dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters. Add a whole Maraschino Cherry and, if you want, a slice of orange peel. I don't bother with the Luxardo Cherries these days.
Stir and enjoy. If you go the vermouth route, you've just made a Manhattan w/Bitters.

I am usually reluctant on buying products that appear to be nothing more then a big name slapping their name on a product but I really like the cherries that Blanton's sells. Don't be taken back by the higher price as the jar is larger then most others that you buy. Shipping them is the only drawback.
Total Wine in Nevada and Arizona carry them. Not sure if they are in California yet. They may not bother with the environment there.
