Well @Chisox I came across a bottle today and for $30 no way I was passing it up. Can't wait to try it for myself.

Funny you say you haven't seen it on the Shelf I didn't either. Just goes to show you should always ask the clerk because all I did was ask if they had any other kinds of Weller besides the one that was on the shelf and she came back up with that 1 bottle. Oddly enough the 12-year was $29.99 and the regular green label was $31.95. Try to go figure that one out

    #2404 4 years ago

$30?? Wow, great find!!! Amazing stuff.

That's the new "normal" here in CT.

Special Reserve is $35.99 retail (from $18.99 just last year)

Antique is now $55.99 (from $24.99 last year)

And strangely, the retail on the 12, is $29.99, the same as it was last year. Of course, you will never see them on a shelf at this price, or at all, but that's the msrp here...

    Congrats on the unicorn!

Surprising you found it at that price. My guy told me Weller raised all of their prices across the board.
    Great score though-congrats!

While I was in Idaho last fall I tried a local Seven Devils Bourbon. I really enjoyed it.

Now that I live in Colorado, my new found favorite is The Axe and the Oak Bourbon that is made down in Colorado Springs. It has quickly become a constant go to.

Currently waiting to see what is released today.

Had some Sazerac but I was too far back in the line. Never had it but heard good things. I did grab a bottle of Burning Chair for my wife.

SS has landed before thanksgiving. Feeling a little under the weather tonight so hopefully by the weekend I’ll be able to crack this bad boy open and try out the stones. Thank you SS!

PinDeLaPin motivated me, so I stopped by a random shop (more wine) and started talking with the owner and what do ya know?!! These two were hiding on the shelves! Look at that dust on the 1792 haha.

    I have 6 or so Bookers that I am looking to get rid of. I believe it's 17-4, 18-1, 18-4, 19-1, 19-2, 19-3.

Where is everyone finding these Weller Full Proof picks? I haven't even seen the normal listing available around me.

I know a store owner who bought a barrel thats the only way I scored a bottle. Trust me its not cheap.

There’s a bourbon tasting tonight in my town. What’s the one bottle I should be walking home with?

Ok I know this isn't nearly as impressive a collection of Weller as some of you but I sure like to stare at it. Really need to score a couple more bottles of Antique but haven't seen it in bout a month.

I shipped out my Secret Santa to some lucky person a few hours ago. Do you know how hard it is to find handles of Fighting Cock, 10 High, and Bowman's? I sent plastic bottles, so no need to worry about breakage

All seriousness, I hope the recipient enjoys!

PinDeLaPin that collection of Weller is sick man, can't see or touch the stuff in my neck of the woods. Just finished a 16 hour shift and ready to finish this bottle of tasty rye though so no complaints...
