Actually that’s a single barrel. Thanks but I’m still trying to downsize, very tempting though. Price is a bit high but not egregious.

Wow that is dirt cheap for a store pick because the regular off the shelf EC goes for $29.99 around here. If they offer samples and it is good I would seriously buy a case or 2. My guy had 3 different barrels of EC and 2 were fantastic but I didn't really care for the 3rd it had a dark chocolate taste on the finish. Wish I had bought more because he sold out of all 3 barrels.
Since it is December, I felt the need for heat and picked this up. Never heard of it, but at 15 years and a bit higher proof I took a gamble it would fit the bill. I've had just a few sips so far and there's definitely kick here and a long finish, but it seems to open up nicely and mellow down a bit with ice. I'll have to drink more before drawing any conclusions and to get a better feel on the taste profile. Has anyone had this, or other batches?

Yeah a buddy is grabbing me one. It’s a buy for me at $139 but no more. There was a one off 11.5 year 4R OESK release a couple months ago but outside of that I haven’t seen any. They usually have multiple picks in November but I haven’t run across any.

Ha ha, don't feel bad, drink up! I needed to dry out for a bit, having a four day weekend last week things got a little silly towards the end. I was up rocking 'til around 4am almost every night, and my old ass needed to take a break. I'm gonna have to find some projects around the house here at the end of the month. I've got nine days off, then three on, followed by another four off, so if I'm not careful I'll be shopping for a new liver after New Years!
