    Hi Guys:

There have been many posts on improving pinball playfield lighting by adding LED strips, etc.

I like to play my games in a brighter room and have just installed some adjustable LED ceiling fixtures.

I had to install them back away from the pinball machines, to avoid the lights reflecting on the pinball glass.

All I can say is, wow, what a difference they have made!

Below is a link to the fixtures I bought from Home Depot but, of course, they are available from many different places.

Thought I would share this as it may help others in a similar situation.

I'm getting ready (1st of new year) to add dimmable recessed lighting to my new pinball room. Was master bedroom. Haha. Took some convincing. Never seen the type of lights that have a link to. Will check them out. I'm thinking of using 6 total.

Any pics? Do the light swivel and positionable?

These look nice. I like the fact they not only swivel, but you can also adjust the angle. Great for fixtures mounted directly above machines.

Here is a pic of the lights installed in my gameroom.

You can see a line of 4 lights on the ceiling. They are all pointed towards the pins. You can just see the top of one of the backboxes.

My gameroom is 20' x 12' and I found 4 lights to be sufficient. They are installed about 10' back from the wall that the pinballs are against.

I tried to take a pic with the lights on but the light overwhelmed my phone camera!

The lights can swivel 360 degrees and the angle of light can be tilted 80 degrees.

Believe me, I tried so many different lighting options and these came out superb. I'm delighted with the outcome.

Again, mine are set back from the pinball machines, to avoid light reflection on the glass.
