I have bought a bunch (10pcs) of PUB cards via ebay from PSPA.

One of these cards has a small sticker "Revenge from Mars Version 1.2"
This card works perfectly and I am also able to reprogramm the card with an old Pentium 3 computer with ISA slots. The jumper on the card must be set if it should be reprogrammed and must be pulled if it will be used in the Pin2000.
I am using the PUB (exe) updates from IPDB and PPS. But it works also if I am using the pubprog.exe directly. I have to open the WIndows cmd shell, type in pubprog (gamenumber). The necessary update files have to lay in the similar folder like the pubprog.
So far so good.

The other 9 PUB cards don't have any sticker of game versions. It seems that they are empty and don't have any update file preinstalled.
When I am using one of the PUB update files the Windows Shell says:

"pubprog: PUB not responding - check if board and jumper are both present"

"PUB board load failed!!!"

The jumper is present and the ISA slot is working because the other card works.

It would be very disappointing if all the cards are garbage.
