You can modify the 15khz-x11.sh script to change them to those. Just remember to keep a backup of the old one in case it doesn't work for you.
This looks familiar, I tried all sorts of stuff to get mine working. finally just went with LCD 
Was on all new hardware at the time though. Would of been nice to figure it out, probably one of my regrets with that project.
