My Pin2K started to not power up completely a few months ago. The translite would power up and everything else but the game. The caps on the mother board were bulging a bit which meant they needed replaced. I used the higher voltage caps but you have to be very careful with your soldering. That MB isn't made anymore and is expensive. There are 5 Caps on the mother board to replace. Once I did that the game started booting properly.
