It is a gradual reflective tint that starts about 1/3 or so from the bottom of the glass and gets darker towards the top. So just slapping a sheet of tint on standard glass isn't going to give you the same effect as the real stuff.
Rob Anthony (Borygard) sells the glass but he doesn't ship. See about 2/3 down the page:
