I apologize in advance for taking the thread a little off course, but I'd picked up a NOS sheet of 2k glass with that same protective(?) coating. I was told to using paint stripper to prep the glass, but I'm a little concerned about damaging the gradient portion of the mirror coating in the process. Did you see any issues with that, and what did you use to strip the glass with?
