I tried checking the last couple of days, and I can't seem to find the Pinball 101 app on the iOS appstore anymore. It's still on my iPad, but I wonder if it got pulled (ala Flappy Bird).

For small orders, you're better off using CDBaby or buying from a vendor online/at a pinball show.
I was able to order a large number (10+) of Pinball 101 DVDs for tournament prizes by contacting Randy Elwin directly. Check out the Contact Us page on pinballvideo.com to contact him directly.
