I saw that thread, but what's throwing me off is that the *current* configuration isn't listed in the manual.

I'm getting the impression that the pin labeling floating around the forums is not applicable.. pins 10 and 11 HAVE to be connected to something to get 240V or 220V.

Yep, after closer inspection, it was my orientation that was incorrect. Rotating the molex connector corresponds to the 240V config. See the pictures below. Hopefully this will help someone else that was confused!

Also, it should be noted that the ballast for the fluorescent light should be replaced when doing a power conversion. The 50Hz European ballast is not compatible with the 60Hz electrical system. Order a 60Hz ballast that works with F15T8 bulbs. And if you need to replace the starter, grab a FS-2 from your nearest Home Depot or Lowes.
