I recently purchased a used set of Pin Stadiums. However they didn't come with a power supply or connector to the Pin stadium board. How would I go about getting these to work.

Are you sure they are actually PinStadiums and not a home-made set of stadium lights? If they are actual PinStadiums and you don't have the controller you are missing basically everything that makes them work. Maybe post a picture of what you have so we can tell.
