    Is there a reason why so many sellers, when
    placing ads, show pictures of their pins with the glass on the playfield?

    I generally avoid these ads because I feel that a seller is trying to hide something.

    Maybe they use the reflection as an opportunity to "accidently" expose themselves like on those ebay listings.
