The reason this isn't working is because if you would delete a pic from the first post, it would also get removed for the second leading to unexpected behaviour. That's why we disabled this possibility. So you'll need to upload the photo again if you want to use it in multiple posts. The idea is that re-using photos is something that's not happening a lot anyway.
