I know when I picked mine up it was so dang heavy I nearly threw my back out going up a flight of stairs. Take the playfield out if you have to, it helps a lot. I wouldn't strap the head to the body, fully separate the two, trust me.

This is true. I got lucky when I went and looked at my game, it wasn't on any legs and laying flat on the carpet so after taking the head off it was easy to lift the playfield out and carry up the stairs myself. Still heavy though.
