Just take pictures where all the connectors go and you will be fine.
I remember the the light board swinging open when undoing the head bolts, the head hold brackets might be missing, maybe get someone to hold the head just in case.
If removing the playfield, get someone to help you lift it out, its heavy and awkward.
I transported both a Haunted House and Volcano by myself, that did put my back out
