I had some stuff specifically for killing mold I used to spray on video cabinets. The mold never came back. I forget what it was called but it was awesome. I am sure someone here knows what it was.

Maybe you could fill a bathtub with vodka and just dip the playfield in. Be sure you blow it out real good with compressed air.

I think you might be carrying your restore a little too far. I mean, does mold "under the playfield" really affect the playing of the game?
