I bought a CFTBL yesterday and it was a really good price.
The cabinet looks great with no fade, nice playfield and a new DMD
Upgraded speakers
But with a good price problems follow.
The hologram does not work(I am not to worried about that now it will be the last thing I address)
The flashers do not work; no 20V
Some one installed lamps in the pop bumpers but the did not connect them to anything. I found the details about connecting them.

It did come with a few installed extras
New set of cab Decals that I do not think it needs and I think I am going to be selling them to help fund a color DMD

My first question is does anyone know where the Tail Light Mod Plugs in no instructions?
I also do not have instructions for installing the pink car.

The 20V circuit looks really basic and I need to do some testing to find the problem
The fuses are good
Is there a common problem with the 20v circuit?

Motor does not run; I have not had a chance to check the voltages to the motor yet.
No noise from the motor either
The lap is on but it not very bright

The lamp is ok, it was pointing to the side
I can see the hologram now but he is very blue.
Guess there is not much that can be done about that.

Now to fix the 20V to the flashers
The 20V LED is out on the power board
Yet the 20V hologram lamps works

I replaced the fuse with no luck
Looks to me like the transformer's 18v ac is dead
Someone had cut out the kill switch and bypassed it
Not see any voltage at that splice

Transformer is good, helps when I test it right

Wow that's a beautiful Creature
I want to tear mine down at some point and make it shine

I would love to go with the LCD mod, I have not seen anyone selling it.

I installed a new fuse and nothing.
Also tested the old one off the board and its good.
Since I have tested the bridge rectifier and its appears to be bad.

My tail light mod is already put together; looks like I can just plug it in and I will be ready to go.

I have 2 speaker panels; the original and a new one with shinny bumpers
I think the new one is ready to go; will check when I get home

Hope it's one of the really cool tail light mods

At one point someone wired up the pop bumpers lights and they were unplugged
I got brave and plugged them up...
Well they did not wire in diodes so it was causing several lights to work at the wrong time.

I really enjoy troubleshooting. Guess I pick a good machine

I replaced the 20V bridge rectifier and POW! the flashers work!

This game keeps getting better and better.
I have a bunch of cointaker LEDs coming early next week
