I'm a movie guy. I like pins in the best condition possible and as loaded as possible.
Batman 66 would be my honorable mention.
If we are talking classic stern, I would choose quicksilver, catacomb, seawitch, nine ball, and stars...all restored by HEP.
As an update, my choices would be very similar, with updates (of course).

GB Premium (I like it better than the LE)
EHOH 40th would be my honorable mention.
My classic Stern choices would remain the same.
