If i'm selling, probably most everything has already been stated in ad. Likely I don't want to talk to you. If I'm buying its because its a deal and I know there's a bunch of shit not disclosed that's wrong with it and more on top of that, so talking with the seller is not important either. Give me the address and a time to pick up.
