I have a Williams pharoah system 7 plays fine unless you hit both flippers at same time then goes into game over ,any ideas ?Thinking maybe bad power supply?

I have a similar problem with laser cue. I have done the following:
Replaced diode on flipper coils
Recapped power supply
Reseated power connector on MPU
Reseating the power connector works for a day or so. This tells me I need to recrimp that connector
I had already rebuilt the mpu so I know the header pins are good and the solder joints aren't cracked. You should check this out on yours
pretty sure it's covered in here, upgrading the large cap on the power supply
