4 pairs of GI wires exit the power supply at 3J8 to 4 different GI destinations. The violet pair (vio & wh-vio) is for lower playfield and they go through the 8P8 (6 pin connector) in the harness between head and main cabinet. I’d inspect for burnt pins and test voltage there.
Here’s my burnt 8P8 (which had cooked pins for yellow upper playfield GI).
