I have a POTO that has a speaker hum when turned on and doesn’t seem to actually boot up. I added a video, any ideas where to start?

Check the main fuse the one in the cabinet and see if it is blown

Was the game working before? Or did you just purchase the game?

I just purchased this game, It was sitting in a storage building for years and was worried about the sound when I turned it on. There is alot of work that needs to be done to this pin, the main board has corrosion and there are fuse clips that need to be replaced on the power board. I didn't expect it to actaully fully turn on but wondered if anyone had a cule of what might be making the speakers sound like that.

Very true and battery corrosion is even worse

Those bad fuse clips on the power supply are causing the power up problems.

I don’t know the part numbers but when ordering just type in data east fuse holder clips in the search box and results should pop up.

Your power supply in the back box is the likely culprit. Check the output of the power supply with a meter looking at the +5 volts which I suspect you do not have.
Test Point 1 (TP1) on Power Supply is +5 volts DC
Test Point 2 (TP2) on Power Supply is DC Ground

Download the manual (with schematics) here if you dont have one:
