So on my GB, the Stern white marshmallow man shooter rod came unscrewed and the whole rod shot up the shooter lane. I put it back together, but there is a silver washer on the outside of the cabinet behind the spring, and another in front of the long spring on the other side of the cabinet. Question is, which direction does the shiny side face on both washers? I'm all for keeping it factory and I guess I just want to put it back the way it was.

I know, it really doesn't matter in the long run, but I do have some OCD tendencies.

I knew I was risking rotten tomatoes I just thought I'd ask. My OCD is a lot better than it used to be.

I fully admit it is OCD and put that in my first post. I appreciate everyone's input. I just put it back together and didn't worry about it.
