I picked up a pennant fever awhile ago and I cant seem to figure out why I cant throw any pitches or bat. It starts a game and the playfield switches score, but nothing on the control panel seems to work.

Ive checked continuity to the board for all the wires, replaceD header pins and the connector and even replaced the diodes on the switches just for kicks.
What would be my next step after that? Would there be a switch chip on the board that could be blown?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
