I'm also a WZ player. I played pubg a little but it never really clicked for me. WZ has a familiar feel since I played a couple of the COD games. I play 2+ times a week with some college friends. There's really nothing better in gaming right now than taking an outright win in a BR.

We have been playing that Battle Resurgence island lately, love the respawn option. We have been winning about 4-5 times a night Fridays Saturdays and Sundays when we play, I wish we can say it's us old men whooping the grasshoppers lol but nope my son plays with us and these 15 year old kids are just too dam quick and accurate. He gets like 10-17 kills per round lol as we are only around 5-9 kills per round.

My Pinside name is also my WZ name.

I’ve been playing Warhammer Vermintide 2 with my friends lately. It’s like L4D but in the war hammer universe. There’s a new mode that’s pretty much like a choose your own adventure with buffs and de buffs similar to deep rock and a little slay the spire. It’s quite good.

Is anyone else playing Valheim? My employer was nice enough to pay for a dedicated server for employees to use.

Vermintide is a fantastic game. I met some FatShark devs (makers of the game) at E3 a few years ago and got a silly pair of socks from them.

I do love rebirth island. The problem is that they change the playlists pretty often. We have 3 to 4 guys in our squad, so it has to align pretty well for us to be able to jump in. Sometimes we'll just roll quads with 3 and take the extra random.

I think our best is 3 wins in a night on that map. We normally play about 3 hours. So you're doing a lot better than us. I'm at about a 1.09 k/d I think, so just a little above average. My friends are all .80 or under, and are all console players.

I like the big map too, but I get a little burnt out on the looting rush early in the game. I really like when they have the accelerated gameplay options on that map.

My friends and I all suck 100hours into in around feb/March. Waiting for more content now .

I've been playing Call of Duty (Cold War) for the last couple months on PC. The maps are good and the gameplay is typical COD unlock stuff that keeps you playing for 10 minute rounds. This (and pinball) is what I play when I don't have hours to sit and play something else that requires more time to start/stop. I never got into Warzone (although I did play PUBG for awhile). One thing against Warzone is they force everyone to install it and take up like 50-100gb of space just to play Cold War.

I spent time over winter working on some of my Steam backlog (finishing a few point/click adventure games since I like that genre and some great new ones have been coming out like Thimbleweed Park and Unavowed.

I’m thinking about downloading Going Medieval. I think it looks like a fun strategy game. Has any one here played it yet?

No I haven't. I did check the link. I'm not much of a strategy gamer. This is funny to be because I like resource building board games.

WZ guys will appreciate this lol.....

This. Valheim was good fun.

I see BF4 is making a bit of a resurgence. May need to reinstall.

Also, I’d like to reiterate my original take from 3 years ago that Return to Castle Wolfenstein is still the best multiplayer FPS ever made.
