Every pinball vendor out there, sells the exact same parts.

Quoted from WizardsCastle:

Is Stern buying parts from the same manufacturers? Trying to figure out how you get the closest thing to an authentic flipper mech replacement on a whitestar.

Here you go.

I use Marcos a lot. Their higher prices are still cheaper than paying me to scour umpteen sites, to find everything I need for a repair. Their site is quick and easy to find parts on, which for me, equates to less labor spent.

Now, if I were only fixing my machines, I would probably shop around for deals a bit more. I still use multiple suppliers, I have to. But usually, Marcos is my first stop, as they have most of what I need, in stock.

When given the option I will ALWAYS pick anyone but FedEx. Even if it costs me more. I could give you dozens of times that FedEx has screwed me over on packages. They destroy them, they put stuff UNDER my gutter downspout, during rain storms. The Downspout which is right beside an OPEN porch doorway.. Leave stuff down by my mailbox, which is a tenth of a mile from my house.. All kinds of crazy crap that UPS and USPS never do.

Quoted from Gunnut40:

I’m just wondering how anyone orders 5 dollars worth of parts? It’s like getting out of Sam’s club or Costco less than 100. Even if I forgot something that cost 5 dollars. 200 is gone if I walk back in.

Pretty easy. For me, it usually happens the day after my bi-weekly order. I find I missed something I HAVE to have for the next upcoming job.

PBR supplies a LOT of the parts that Marco and PBL sell. He is the guy having a lot of stuff made.

I just hate having to write checks.

Wrong. We buy only 1 item from PBR.
Terry.

Ok, well I know Marco buys a good bit from him.
