    You can pay through PayPal and add 3% with an agreement that once the game arrives and is what you agreed upon that you will deposit cash to sellers bank account and seller then will refund the PayPal transaction. I would make sure you have a signed agreement, use a credit card to make the original PayPal purchase and you save the receipt of deposit with the cash. This way if seller doesn't refund the original PayPal payment you can file a chargeback with your credit card company as PayPal would probably not have much sympathy for you attempting to avoid there fees. This is fairly safe but still not 100% bulletproof.
