Quoted from Isochronic_Frost:I just came from there yesterday! Dropped off some games. I have tons of pics.
Jaw dropping place.
Gives the PHOF a run for its money!
Just watched the whole video, insane! I'm going to have to go.
Quoted from mwiz:Looks awesome.... and not far from me... are they hiring?
Call Rob Berk and ask!
Is that the berk collection? A few years ago i sold him a very rare genco lucky 7, i would love to be able to go play it again in the wild!

Yes. It’s awesome
Lotta games from Banning, still have the auction sticker. Was funny seeing the games I was bidding against Rob on, I didn’t let them go without a fight!
I saw robs warehouse of games, hundreds and hundreds of not set up games stacked everywhere. Itll be awesome to see them in the light of day! I really hope the genco is there, i will definately be visiting!

What you see in the video is apparently the warehouse. I believe they are or have moved them all to the new location. Definitely worth a visit.
The back work area reminded me of the warehouse i had seen, but it was hard to tell with all the games piled up.

I'm fairly sure the Grand Tour pictured is the one I restored, he purchased it a few years ago.
Frankly I'm planning on heading out there in a few months and it would be great to see it again.

Old IGA grocery in downtown Girard. There is another vacant building in downtown, I mentioned to him I wanted to put in a brewery and pins - he beat me to it, sans brewery... though, this is shaping up to be more museum with how massive the collection is (cades as well).
Would be nice if he moved expo out this way, our economy could use the lift and it would be nice to have even more shows in Ohio.
I hope he sets up a tournament.
Note from the guys at Past Times:
They are still renovating the space, and they would prefer if people do not post pictures or videos. They also asked that people please volunteer on the website before showing up, asking for tours or trying to play. They also ask that for now, the location listing be left empty to discourage visitors until the official Grand Opening, then you may maintain the games list to your heart’s content.
Apparently they have been dealing with people showing up unannounced, multiple times a day, for various reasons.
The constant visitors take up valuable time needed for the nonstop tech work they are doing to get this place opened as soon as possible!
Grand opening tomorrow! Exciting to see a place like this open. Congrats and best of luck to them. I definitely plan to check it out next time I'm in the area. The local news station posted videos of a live preview.

Quoted from douggalecawitz:here is a walk through of the place..... so far. truly amazing. sorry about the sound
video is GONE!
I went yesterday and had a great time! I prefer Ems, so some of my favorites yesterday were New York, Atlantis, Abra Ca Dabra, Kings and Queens, EM Hot Tip, EM Mata Hari, Pleasure Isle and Gemini. On the video game side, Asteroids Deluxe, Tron, and Mouse Trap. I liked all the unusual foreign pins too.
I thought it was interesting that they have Gottlieb New York and Gottlieb New York! New York!

Past Times is the future of the hobby. It is the “pinball mothership” which won’t ever get shut down due to landlord disputes, funding, etc. like MOP, ReplayFX, etc.
It’s here to stay and Mike, Patrick, and all the crew behind the scenes are totally committed. Got the space, got the games, got the crew, got the funds.
And… as much as you see on the floor today, there is twice as much waiting behind the curtain for later.
Past Times = Future Times

The wife and I went yesterday and had a blast. So many amazing EMs. They basically look like rows and rows of restos. Plus a bunch of awesome foreign games I never even heard of. I wish I took more pictures.
Plus I love the QR code on every game used to capture any issues. Brilliant!
I had a great time when I visited them in June!
The glare on the games is brutal/lighting overhead could be dimmed significantly
Really hoping they start having after hours/late night 18+ events or expand their hours until 2am (or later) occasionally
Expo being out this way would be GREAT.. Chicago is ridiculously expensive.
