Party Zone essentially shut down (lost the switches) during a game. Slam tilt shut it down) When I pulled the playfield, I noticed a wire to the captains jaw coIL had come loose. I'm thinking it got up against something it shouldn't have and blew out the switch line chip.
See pic of switch edge test.
Error messages display all rows as ground shorts.
I'll be replacing an IC I assume??

Yes,this is the problem with this machine, turning head break the jaw coil cable, causing it to contact with something,in my case was blowing a fuse,Your problem maybe is a chip in the CPU

I'm thinking U20 got fried.
Lights and everything else works....no switches.

I have pulled U20. Waiting on a socket and new chips. Anything else one would recommend changing? What about the head optic board IC? I read that can take a hit as well.
