Picked up a Party Zone pinball yesterday and it has an issue with the Captain Bizarre talking head. When I first turn on the machine it does a test of everything and the head rotates but it's really jerky and it takes it a lot of effort to move. During gameplay the head does not rotate at all. Any ideas? Here's a video to help. Thanks!
