I have a Party Zone and head won't move. Reflowed solder on opto board and motor board and motor and coil and head still won't move. Optos all test good in switch test. The motor just won't move. How can I test the motor to see if it is still good? If motor is good...what is next step in troubleshooting?

Neg to neg and pos to pos while disconnected and powered off. Motor does absolutely nothing. Verified continuity from connector to lead on motor. So is my motor dead?

This is what I used to test. Verified getting 9.3v.

Did you ever figure this out? I have had my Party Zone for a few days and the head was working but no longer turns. The game reports all 3 optos out but the motor doesn't seem to run.
