The playfield is pretty rough, but someone with restoration expertise and interested in a project could possibly salvage it. I've seen much worse brought back to life. The cabinet is not that important and can easily be replicated.

If you are definitely parting out, all the electricals and non wood parts I would keep unless you want no part of EM pinballs. The Backglass would also be of use to anyone who has this machine and is not that rough. Someone might need it. The playfield plastics I would buy off you if the price is right and they are intact.
