Elvira and the Party Monsters

First time posting here and I know this is a long shot, but, this rail fell off my buddies Elvira party monster pin. For the life of us we can’t track down the placement. Does anyone know the locations of these rails where I can check? Real obvious ones I have checked but can’t locate any other spots that might house this piece. Is there a specific name this part might go by In the manual? Hope there is some help out there! Thank you in advance.
