Today, my upper left flipper on my Bally Paragon stopped working.
When I manually activate the plunger link, the hold power will engage and keep flipper In held position. But the flipper itself will not fire when the flipper button is pressed.

The lower left flipper coil works fine.

Steps Taken:

1) confirmed that coil was good using a multimeter
2) removed coil and cleaned up the solder connections.
3) replaced it with a new coil that also tested good with a MM.
4) Jumped the normally open power switch and grounded the other end. Lower flipper fires. Upper flipper does not.
5) tested all other solenoids and they worked fine.
6) tested all other switches and none had issues.

Any suggestions?

Thanks! This helped resolve the issue.

The end of stroke on the upper flipper was not making good connection. I cleaned and adjusted the EOS on the upper flipper and it works great now.
