Paragon PPP bumper problem

The beast lair pop bumper is not firing when the ball hits it. However it does fire when the the center bumper on the top of the playfield is hit. I cleaned and gapped the contacts on it and still nothing where should I start next?

Ok so now the center PoP is staying locked down and the item soldered on the driver board in spot Q13 is getting super hot. And none of the pops work. Any clues anybody all the contacts are good
