Check for 43vdc at the of fuse. If not there, work tour way backwards.

I would have to assume the connector at J1 pin 6 looks okay? Not all green and slimy and such? Otherwise it would have to be a break in the wire somewhere between the pin connector and the fuse holder under the play field. Either disassemble and search through the harness or just bypass and lay some new 18awg wire from the pin to the fuse.
