Bad news is the photo on the website looks just as bad. So, I guess we got what they were advertising.
This could be partially due to wear on the original playfield, but there are a couple options we have here:
You would be able to sand them into the right shape by hand. This would take a bit of elbow grease due to the clearcoat, but would probably be the fastest way to get it to a place you are happy with. Otherwise, you would have to ship it back for an exchange/return. This would take several weeks at least to allow time for shipping both ways and the actual repair time. The package would technically have no value, as it is a "warrantied return". Just be sure to mark it as such. We will not be paying any custom fees on it. If its not marked this way, they will attempt to charge us and the package will be bounced back.
